Prof. John Harrison (U. Va.), Guest-Blogging About Executive Power

John Harrison at the University of Virginia School of Law has long been one of the preeminent conservative law professors in the country, and one of the leading constitutional scholars and legal historians; so when I saw his new aricle draft, Executive Power, I asked him to guest-blog about it, and he graciously agreed.
