Rhode Island Gov. Gina Raimondo and Boston Mayor Marty Walsh, two of President-elect Joe Biden’s cabinet picks, have advocated for strict gun control measures in the past.
The pair of cabinet picks join a growing list of at least seven appointed members of Biden’s administration that have suggested, enforced or passed firearms laws before joining the former vice president’s team.
