Last week, we entered the heart of our conference “The National Security State and the JFK Assassination” with a presentation on the autopsy that the U.S. national-security establishment conducted on the body of President Kennedy on the evening of the assassination. The presentation was by Douglas Horne, who served on the staff of the Assassination Records Review Board in the 1990s.
Why is the autopsy the heart of our conference? Because it inexorably leads to the who of the assassination.
As Horne documented in detail in his 2-hour-and-45-minute presentation, the autopsy that the U.S. military conducted on the president’s body was fraudulent to the core.
Why is that important? Because it closes the case with respect to the who of the assassination.
Why is that so? Because there is no innocent explanation for a fraudulent autopsy. None! Certainly no one has ever come up with an innocent explanation for this particular fraudulent autopsy. No one ever will. If there was an innocent explanation for this fraudulent autopsy, you can bet your bottom dollar that the CIA and the Pentagon — as well as their acolytes and assets in the mainstream press — would have provided it by now. The reason they haven’t is that they can’t. There is no innocent explanation for a fraudulent autopsy conducted on the president’s body.
Why is that such an important point? Because a fraudulent autopsy closes the case. That’s why the point about a fraudulent autopsy is so profound. It necessarily and inexorably leads to the who of the assassination. Given that there is no innocent explanation for a fraudulent autopsy, once a person comes to the realization that the military intentionally, knowingly, and deliberately conducted a fraudulent autopsy on President Kennedy’s body, there is no other reasonable conclusion that one can reach than that the autopsy was part of the cover-up of the national-security establishment’s assassination of the president.
That’s why a person doesn’t have to steep himself in the details of the assassination itself to figure out that this was a national-security state regime-change operation, one that was no different in principle than the ones carried out against, say, President Jacobo Arbenz in Guatemala in 1954 and President Salvador Allende in Chile in 1973. All that one has to do is examine the autopsy. Once a person does that, he will inevitably see the fraud in the autopsy, which necessarily and inexorably leads to the who of the assassination. That’s because, again, there is no innocent explanation for a fraudulent autopsy.
Let’s examine just three points that Horne detailed to establish a fraudulent autopsy:
1. The president’s body was sneaked into the Bethesda morgue almost an hour and a half before the official entry time at 8 pm. This was established by the statements to the ARRB from former Marine Sergeant Roger Boyajian, who still had a copy of the official report that he had filed just after the weekend of the assassination. His statement was fortified by the statement of Navy corpsman Dennis David, who stated that his team carried the body early into the morgue in a cheap military-style shipping casket rather than the expensive casket into which it had been placed in Dallas. This was further fortified by a statement establishing the early introduction of the body into the morgue that was contained in a written report by Gawler’s Funeral Home, which prepared the body after the autopsy. More evidence of early entry will be found in my concluding talk at the end of the conference.
At the risk of belaboring the obvious, when military personnel are secretly taking the president’s body into the morgue earlier than the official entry time and then hiding the fact that they did that, it’s a safe assumption that people are up to no good.
2. In the 1990s, the ARRB discovered the existence of Saundra Spencer. She was the Petty Officer in Charge of the White House Laboratory at the Navy Photographic Center in Washington, D.C. It would be impossible to find a more credible witness than Saundra Spencer. No one in the military or the mainstream press has ever impugned or questioned her professionalism, competence, and integrity.
Spencer told a remarkable story to the ARRB. On the weekend of the assassination, she was asked to develop photographs of the president’s body during the autopsy. She was led to believe that it was a classified operation. That’s why she kept her secret for more than 30 years, until the ARRB authorized her to talk.
The ARRB showed her the official autopsy photographs in the record. She closely examined them and said no — that they were not the autopsy photographs she developed. The ones she developed showed a massive exit-sized wound in the back of the president’s head. The ones she was being shown showed the back of Kennedy’s head to be intact.
Spencer’s testimony matched what the treating physicians and nurses and other witnesses in Dallas had said immediately after the president’s death some 30 years before — that there was a massive exit-sized wound in the back of President Kennedy’s head. Her testimony was also consistent with the “Harper Fragment” — the large portion of occipital bone that was found in the grass after the assassination. The occipital portion of the skull is the lower back of the skull.
At the risk of belaboring the obvious, autopsy photographs falsely depicting the back of the president’s head is conclusive evidence of fraud.
3. The ARRB discovered that there were two brain examinations, which the autopsy pathologists were falsely conflating into one brain exam. At the first brain exam, the brain was “sectioned” or sliced like a loaf of bread. At the second brain exam around a week or so later, a fully intact brain was examined. There is no way that a sectioned brain can reconstitute itself. The second brain had to be a different brain from the brain at the first brain exam.
The photo in the official records is of the second brain, one that, according to the autopsy report, weighed 1500 grams. The average size of a brain is 1350 grams. A large portion of Kennedy’s brain was blown away during the assassination. There is no way that it could have weighed 1500 grams after the shooting. In other words, more evidence of a fraudulent autopsy.
All this is just the tip of the fraud iceberg in the Kennedy autopsy. The rest is detailed in Horne’s 5-volume book Inside the Assassination Records Review Board and in my two books The Kennedy Autopsy and The Kennedy Autopsy 2.

It’s the fraudulent autopsy that the mainstream press and the Washington, D.C., establishment have steadfastly failed to confront and address, especially after the tenure of the ARRB in the 1990s. They simply do not wish to acknowledge that the little monster that was brought into existence to assassinate foreign presidents and prime ministers turned inward to assassinate America’s own president, on grounds of “national security” of course. They would rather just keep mouthing their little CIA-produced smear mantra about “conspiracy theories” whenever anyone points the finger of guilt at their beloved national-security establishment.
