Fergus Hodgson is an independent economic consultant, previously the editor-in-chief of the PanAm Post and the director of fiscal policy studies with the John Locke Foundation in North Carolina. He holds a BA in economics from Boston University, a graduate diploma in political science from the University of Waikato, New Zealand, and a certificate in Cuban studies from the University of Miami. Currently, he studies finance at Rice University in Houston, Texas. And is the director of Econ Americas.
