An anti-corruption activist in Ukraine warned a top U.S. foreign policy think tank against partnering with Burisma Holdings, according to newly released State Department emails.
Despite the warning, the Atlantic Council ultimately took at least $300,000 from Burisma and hosted several events with the energy firm.
