A California women’s correctional facility housing transgender prisoners has halted the distribution of condoms without explanation, according to documents obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation.
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) would not tell the DCNF why the condom distribution at the California Institution for Women was halted.
