Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Sgt. Eric Huxley has been charged with felony battery and official misconduct after being caught on bodycam kicking the face of a handcuffed suspect. Jerome Vaughn, the man Huxley is charged with kicking, was being arrested for disorderly conduct. Chief Randal Taylor has recommended that Huxley be fired. Two other officers involved in the incident have been placed on leave.
