There needs to be a better system for documenting mental health problems, better programs to implement police presences and more efforts to arm private citizens to help prevent school shootings, according to safety experts who spoke with The Daily Caller News Foundation.
The three experts were reacting to recent mass shootings in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Uvalde, Texas, and Buffalo, New York, detailing how innocent lives could’ve been saved.
