Donald Trump Jr.’s Instagram account has been flagged for “repeatedly posting false information.” Instagram did not specify what false information Trump Jr. has posted.
Taylor Budowich, the director of communications for the former president, and Don Jr. recently launched a news app called MxM news. The website’s Instagram account tried tagging Don Jr. in an Instagram story but was met with a warning to reconsider tagging.
“This account has repeatedly posted false information that was reviewed by independent fact checkers or went against our Community Guidelines,” the warning read. “Do you want to @mention this account?”
Budowich posted a screenshot of the warning and wrote: “Something tells me if Adam Schiff was tagged, who repeatedly lied on the record about the Russian hoax, this warning wouldn’t exist.”
