Top election officials from a number of states where lawsuits have been filed to remove former President Donald Trump from the 2024 ballot have said they would defer to the courts.
Lawsuits arguing that Trump should be removed from the ballot under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment have been filed in several states including Colorado, Michigan and Minnesota.
