New Jersey officials shut down the annual drive-thru tulip festivals hosted by Dalton Farms and Holland Ridge Farms, saying they violated an executive order by Gov. Phil Murphy banning events. The farms were classified by state officials as essential businesses, so they remain open. But the owners of the farms say not being able to charge people to drive through will mean a big hit to their revenue.
