On today’s show Drako Sullivan joins John to share his incredible story.
Drako grew up under difficult circumstances. His mother became addicted to crack cocaine when he was 8 years old. As a result, Drako took a role helping to raise his siblings.
Drako began selling drugs at 13 years old and was first arrested for selling drugs at 17. After his third drug conviction, he landed in federal prison for a 262 month sentence.
While in prison he wrote and published two books, Embracing Change and At All Cost. He also learned various trades while incarated such as boiler maintenance, HVAC, and electrical. Drako was released on April 2019.
