Democratic Pennsylvania Rep. Madeleine Dean said Monday that history will remember Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell for “disgraceful dereliction of duty.”
“I hope that history will record that a majority of the Senate, 57 senators, stood and issued their verdict of guilty of this president of high crimes and misdemeanors,” Dean told CNN’s John Berman on “New Day.”
