Adams Remains Frontrunner In Race To Be NYC’s Next Mayor, Poll Shows

Brooklyn Borough President and former police officer Eric Adams remains the frontrunner among eight Democrats seeking to be New York City’s next mayor, a Monday poll showed.

Adams was the top choice for 28% of New Yorkers, the Ipsos poll showed, while former presidential candidate Andrew Yang came in second with 20% and NYC sanitation commissioner Kathryn Garcia stood in third with 15%.
