The “Great Vape Scare of 2019” is well underway, as more than 380 people have been diagnosed with a severe lung condition that has been traced back to the use of e-cigarettes and THC vaping devices.
If we really want to know how this problem came about, we need to look at the role marijuana prohibition has played.
